Fit For HIM

A fitness program for women who get together for encouragement and to participate in routine exercises, walking, or hiking. Footwear should be athletic or tennis shoes, no bare feet or sandals. Participants are encouraged to consult with their physician prior to signing up if they are new or returning to exercise after a lengthy time or after illness or injury. CDs and Videos are used.
