We live in remarkably interesting times. The divisions in our country seem to remain great; although I think that some folks are just so, so, so – I’m not sure what word to use. The things that some people are espousing are definitely on what I would call the lunatic fringe. And what I find incredible is that they think there are a lot of people out there that agree with them.

But this is what happens when wrong is right, and right is wrong. A society that lacks morality is doomed to failure. A society that turns its back on God is doomed to failure. A society that kills children in the womb, bans Bibles in schools, removes the Ten Commandments from their courthouses, and allows children to make decisions that will impact their entire adult lives is a society doomed to fail.

I’m sure you’ve heard of the morality pendulum. That as the pendulum swings one way, when it returns to swinging in that direction it swings out ever further. The pendulum has swung in the direction of morality; let us pray that the Lord will allow us to keep that pendulum moving forward ever closer to a return to Him.

New Life Family Worship continues to move forward. We’ve had our first New Life Kids Praise and Worship performance and it was a treat. As I write this, they will be performing again this Sunday, can’t wait. All our winter folks are here and as always, they are a great addition to the Body. Say ‘hi” to ‘em and let ‘em know you are glad to see them back.

God continues to send many new people to our worship services. Let’s make them all feel appreciated and offer them the hand of fellowship. Thank you for being faithful. God bless. Come quickly Lord Jesus.
